These terms cover how you use Yonnii to order from neighborhood stores, how stores prepare tickets, and how Yonnii delivers with its own fleet.
Who we are
Yonnii is a trade name of JJblues Industries LLC. Yonnii takes the order and delivers it with Yonnii drivers. Stores on Yonnii prepare the food or goods. Guests do not hire drivers, and stores do not run their own marketplace delivery through this app. We do not publish a street address. Write us at yonnii.com/contact.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. Signup asks you to confirm your age. Keep your login to yourself. Store, driver, and ops accounts are issued by Yonnii — they are not a public signup.
Orders and payment
Checkout is Square Pay. Card details are handled by Square, not stored on Yonnii. Paying creates tickets at each store in your bag. Fees for your order are shown at checkout. Yonnii Plus is a prepaid period charged through Square when you join: $9.99 for 30 days, or $79 for a year. It does not renew by itself, and it is not an App Store or Google Play subscription. While that period is paid, checkout uses Plus rates. You can cancel a food order while the store is still preparing; Yonnii refunds that payment. A Plus charge is for the period you bought. After the kitchen marks the bag ready, request a refund from Orders if you are not satisfied. After a Yonnii driver has the bag, write us from Get in touch if the drop-off needs to change.
Delivery range
Yonnii delivers with its own fleet within a radius of each store: 20 miles for restaurants, bakeries, and groceries, and 15 miles for shops. Checkout shows the delivery fee inside that range. A grocery between 20 and 60 miles can book one scheduled run per address each month. That fee is the round trip, and the run happens only if a driver accepts it. Otherwise checkout offers pickup. Items sold by the pound show an estimate. The card may be held for about 20 percent more, then charged the scale weight. Delivery and service fees stay on the estimate. We may refuse or cancel a delivery that is outside range or that we cannot map.
Stores
Yonnii onboards every restaurant, grocery, bakery, and shop. Stores prepare the items and keep hours and the menu accurate. Yonnii emails the Store agreement to the owner during onboarding — only that owner can open or sign it. Yonnii takes payment, sends the ticket, and delivers with our fleet.
Drivers
People can apply to drive for Yonnii. An application is not a fleet login. Yonnii drivers are independent contractors, not employees. Yonnii opens a hiring check, then the driver signs the contractor agreement before taking a run. A drop-off photo is required to mark a delivery complete. Do not pay the driver in cash.
Reviews
Guests who completed an order at a store may post a rating and written review of that store. Ratings stay empty until a guest who ordered there posts one. Do not post illegal, hateful, or abusive content, or anyone’s private information. Yonnii may remove reviews that break these terms. Next to a review you can report it or block that guest so you no longer see their reviews. You can also write us from Get in touch.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, scrape it, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with kitchens or drivers. We may pause accounts that break these terms or that put guests, stores, or drivers at risk.
Liability
Food and goods come from independent stores. Yonnii is not liable for store preparation, allergens the store did not disclose, or delays outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, Yonnii’s liability for a ticket is limited to the amount you paid Yonnii for that ticket.
Text messages
If you opt in to SMS, the program at yonnii.com/sms applies. Messaging consent is collected separately from these terms and is not required to create an account or place an order.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the date above means you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using Yonnii and request account deletion at yonnii.com/account/delete.
